Kevin Abel
Executive Director
Kevin Abel is the co-founder and Executive Director of REALTY|share. Kevin focuses on strategy and sales.
Kevin most recently was a candidate for Congress seeking the Democratic nomination in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District in 2018.
Prior to his entry into politics, Kevin was President of Abel Solutions, a company that he founded in 1995 with his wife Cindy and ran for more than 20 years in Alpharetta before selling to Applied Technical Services in 2015.
A native of South Africa, Kevin came to the United States with his family in 1979. He then attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1987.
Kevin has served on numerous boards including New American Pathways, the Technology Association of Georgia, The Davis Academy, the Georgia Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
In 2019, Kevin was elected by a delegation in the Georgia Legislature to represent the 6th Congressional District on the State Transportation Board (GDOT).
Kevin is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Atlanta. He is a former finalist for the Atlanta Small Business Person of the Year Award and was previously named to the Georgia Trend 40 under 40 list.
Kevin and his wife Cindy are recent empty nesters living in their empty house in Sandy Springs. They have three young adult children, Danielle, Juliana, and Eric.
Anthony B. Magee Jr.
Director
Anthony B. Magee Jr. is the Co-Founder and Director of REALTY|share, where he leads marketing strategy, service development, product innovation, and solution delivery. With a deep understanding of commercial real estate technology, Anthony ensures REALTY|share remains at the forefront of document management solutions.
Before launching REALTY|share, Anthony served as Solutions Manager at Abel Solutions, specializing in designing and implementing document management and portal solutions for real estate clients.
Anthony began his career in service to the nation, commissioning into the United States Army in 2010 as a Signal Corps Officer. He served as a staff officer and executive officer within an Engineering Command and Signal Company, gaining leadership experience that continues to shape his approach to business and technology.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Military Sciences from Florida A&M University in 2010, where he was also initiated into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. (Alpha Eta Chapter). In 2019, he furthered his education by earning an MBA from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
Anthony and his wife, Brandi, reside in Tucker, where they raise their three children—Damani, Poppy, and Tre.
